ISO/TC 307 Technical Committee — Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies

Important Notice

This document describes how FeedOracle components are designed with reference to ISO/TC 307 technical committee guidance. This is not an ISO certification, audit, or endorsement. FeedOracle is a data infrastructure provider, not a compliance advisor.

ISO 22739 — DLT Vocabulary

FeedOracle documentation uses terminology consistent with ISO 22739:2024 definitions to ensure clarity across technical and business stakeholders.

TermUsage in FeedOracle
Distributed LedgerXRPL used for attestation anchoring (Polygon planned)
Smart ContractDAP Anchor contract for Merkle root storage
DLT OracleFeedOracle provides off-chain data to on-chain systems
Cryptographic HashSHA-256 for data integrity, Merkle trees for batching
ImmutabilityOn-chain anchors provide tamper-evident records
AttestationCryptographic proof of data delivery timestamp

ISO 23257 — Reference Architecture

FeedOracle eight-layer architecture is informed by ISO 23257 concepts for DLT system design, adapted for sustainability data infrastructure.

ISO 23257 ConceptFeedOracle Component
Data LayerLayer 1: Raw Data Collection (CCRI, on-chain sources)
Processing LayerLayer 2: Indicators (normalization, aggregation)
Application LayerLayer 3: Disclosure APIs (MiCA, CSRD, ESG formats)
Consensus/AnchoringLayer 4: DAP Protocol (Merkle roots, on-chain proof)
Asset LayerLayer 1.5: RWA Context (Real World Asset mapping)
Record LayerLayer 5: NFT Layer (Access Passes, Attestation Records)
Compliance LayerLayer 8: Compliance Engine (MiCA, ISO 20022, Circuit Breaker, CCI)
